China Doll and the Family Kwan

Is the film actually done yet? I met Kenneth Matthew McGrath eons ago at a karaoke night at Shanghai, and he'd told me then about getting NFB money for "China Doll and the Family Kwan". (IFILM: china-doll). Atmosphere so good, you couldn't possibly construct it, but so good that it is entirely tempting not to share.
